Terms & Conditions for subscriptions

Date of activation
Subscriptions to our magazine begin with the current or upcoming issue of Foam Magazine.

Delivery
When you subscribe to Foam Magazine, please provide a complete, correct delivery address. You can make changes to your details or address by emailing [email protected].

If incorrect postal information is provided and delivery fails as a result, Foam Magazine cannot be held responsible, and cannot re-send missed issues. We ship all subscription orders via non-traceable postal service. If you provide an address that does not accept these services, we are not responsible for non-delivery and will not cover re-delivery or returns costs.

We promise to deliver issues promptly, however, cannot guarantee against circumstances outside our control, such as those caused by customs.

Lost or damaged issue claims must be made within 3 months of the original publication date. You may make 3 claims per subscription term.

Subscription rates
Subscription rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices indicated are in Euros and include VAT (sales tax, where applicable). Shipping and handling charges are included within the Netherlands, outside of the Netherlands surcharges apply.

Length of subscription & cancellation
A subscription is valid for three issues. Afterwards, subscriptions are automatically cancelled unless the customer applies for automatic renewal.

Methods of payment
We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, VISA and iDeal. Foam Magazine is not responsible for fees incurred in credit card transactions, such as currency conversion. All payments must be made in Euros and all sales are final.

Automatic subscriber renewal programme
By signing up for this subscription, you authorise Foam Magazine to charge your credit/debit card when it is time to renew the subscription. You will receive a reminder before any invoice is generated or your credit/debit card is charged, and you may opt out of the automatic renewal at any time by contacting customer service at [email protected].

All terms and conditions outlined above also apply to agents or donors making purchases on behalf of individuals and are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
