Returns
If you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, please contact our customer service at webshop@foam.org. You can return your order to Foam for an exchange or refund within 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods.

The cost of returning the item(s) will be at your expense. We recommend using registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Returned items must be in their original condition. This means unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging, including any protective materials. Items that show signs of use, wear, or handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may not be eligible for a full refund.

Foam will make reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods. If replacement is not possible, we will credit the order amount to your method of payment within 14 days. If you are returning your order, we will refund the order amount excluding shipping costs.
