Shipping policy

Shipping
All our parcels are handled by Foam or our specialised E-fulfilment partner Hexspoor. Once your order reaches the destination country, the parcel will be managed by the national postal service. Most parcels shipped by the Foam require a signature upon delivery. Please note that these delivery estimates do not include the time needed for customs processing in your country, which may take up to 5 business days.

• Within the Netherlands: We use PostNL or DHL. After receiving an order confirmation, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
• Within Europe: We use PostNL, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package, parcel, and/or country. These are all safe and fast shipping options. After receiving a shipping confirmation, your parcel will be delivered within 5 to 12 working days.
• Worldwide: Parcels can be expected to arrive within 10 to 22 working days.
• For Editions: Sometimes a print is not in stock and needs to be printed. If this is the case, the customer will be notified with an estimated delivery time. Need your order in a hurry? Please contact us at editions@foam.org to see what we can do.

 

 

VAT
When shipping outside the EU, 21% (or 9% for books) VAT will be deducted from your order total during checkout. All prices shown, including shipping costs, include VAT. Please ensure that both the invoice address and the shipping address are outside the EU.
