About the work
This series created with Anna Claassen at the onset of the Covid-19 crisis, marks Woody Bos’s first exploration of clothing without models. By removing the human presence, the work shifts attention to fashion’s essence and researches the illusions tied to beauty and commercialisation.

About the photographer
Woody Bos (b.1994) is a commercial photographer and an artist. In commercial photography, perfect ingredients often lead to an idealised, yet unattainable image. With a focus on deconstruction and silhouettes, Bos emphasises the creative process rather than the finished product. With this, he researches the deception of beauty and commercial photography in a pursuit to strip images down to their essence.
